GIRLS WINTER CLINICS
The Dominion Liberty Lacrosse club team brings some of the game’s leading educators together, to work with your daughter, to enhance her game in an instructional environment. As a Winter Clinic participant, your daughter will learn about mental fortitude, physical discipline, and teamsmanship while honing her game through a variety of skill-based development drills.
The coaches of Dominion Liberty Lacrosse pride themselves on bringing their knowledge, experience, and love of women’s lacrosse to young ladies to help develop the next generation of women lacrosse players.
Erin Hellmold: Director and Owner of Dominion Liberty Lacrosse Club, Erin was a standout player and two season captain at Johns Hopkins University from 1998 - 2002. In addition to her playing experience, she was the Associate Head/Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Georgetown University from 2004 - 2012. She is the owner/director of the New York Lacrosse Academy (NYLA), a camp company, which has been in teaching the game to young athletes for over 20 years.
Sessions: Our winter sessions will be run my collegiate coaches. They will teach key concepts and skills that will help assist in the development of the full lacrosse player.

1st-4th grade: Saturday December 2nd 10:30am-11:40am/ December 9 and 16th 12:00 to 1:10 ($55 per session or $155 for all 3 sessions)
5th-8th grade: December 2nd 11:45am-1:00pm/ December 9 and 16th 1:15pm- 2:30pm ($55 per session or $155 for all 3 sessions)
